It was such a simple process ordering the invitations and I received them very quickly and before the estimated delivery date. Would defo order again!

I got my order much quicker than expected, very good quality.

I feel cheated. I spent £16.80 (£13.44 with discount code) on a self designed tote bag. It is worse than a £0.10p Tesco Tote bag! It is wafer thin - see through! I was then charged £7.05 for a late delivery! 10 days when I was quoted 5-8 days!

Items true to pictures

I have ordered 2 cards from here now both multi photo cards. The quality of the cards are brilliant and the photos and design are extra special to the ones on the market. I had a problem with ordering the second card as when I put through the order, one of the photos had duplicated. Customer support were very helpful (got back to me the same day), cancelled the order, fixed the design and saved it for me in my account so I could simply reorder. Very happy and will use again!

Our sapphire anniversary is coming up, I ordered 6 items from this company, obviously in blue, the wine labels arrived in purple, the cards, 3 purple the rest blue but no envelopes, the envelopes still haven’t arrived, 2 orders haven’t arrived yet, it’s 3 weeks since I ordered them, I complained about it, they have told me to return the items, they will look at the items to see if the fault was theirs. WHAT??, how can this possibly be my fault, they printed the items, I have taken photos to show the variance in colour, but they insist I return the items with me paying the shipping costs.
